OVERVIEW
The people were really nice, helpful and acted in a professional manner, they were able to make accommodations without sacrificing taste. When I had to make changes, but alternatives were not available and there weren’t any offers made to help me make decisions. No questions were asked of me to help them help me and I had to be very careful about reading all the ingredients on the menu that weren’t marked and ask questions about each one that wasn’t clearly stated. If I didn’t know what questions to ask, I would have been infected.

With a little tweaking of the menu and education about allergies, I feel that this 2 could turnaround, but at this time, I don’t feel the restaurant is considered allergy safe

I enjoyed a cozy meal at a cute diner with my husband. Opted for counter seating for quick service. Clean and well-stocked setup with fresh silverware and condiments. Took a chance with the hot sauce from a bottle since you don't know if it was refilled with wha tthe label says. The menus were given to us from a stack, which was fine, as there are always risks when eating in public.
WAITER
The manager, who was also our waiter, efficiently took our order without notes and accurately repeated back all modifications. He was accommodating and supportive when answering menu questions and making substitutions. The staff was attentive and responsive to my needs, making accommodations without compromising taste. No additional menu options were offered, but the cook confirmed and prepared the order as requested. Despite potential cross-contamination risks, no information on ingredients or cross-contact was provided. The manager and cook were professional and accommodating.
