OVERVIEW
This place was TOP NOTCH! It was one of the best experiences I have ever had in a restaurant. Although the menu wasn’t labeled at all—with some guidance I believe we could make it happen and still keep the sophisticated appeal—there was a team of people working with our table of six. They were there for our every need and had answers to all our questions. Our waitress was superb and took it upon herself to gather every ingredient in every item I chose to be sure I would be safe. I had so many choices because the chef was willing to take a dish and a twist to make it something I could have and enjoy, all the way down to the sauces—even though they came in serving cups and not their original packaging. The presentation was beautiful, and even though there were accommodations made for me, I didn’t feel like I was being put on the spot or was inconveniencing one working or dining at our table. The table, service and food were impeccable. I wasn’t afraid at all to eat what came to the table for me. I look forward to experiencing another Prime Steakhouse.
SUGGESTIONS
Just a few things like the condiments and the menu labeling held up the 5 stars, but without those two infractions, it was really a 5 star experience.
